Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

As a key member of their Cyber Incident Response Team, you’ll tackle major security incidents, lead technical investigations, and help shape the future of cyber resilience across the organization.

• Lead and coordinate technical responses to major cybersecurity incidents

• Define and apply containment and remediation strategies during active threats

• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable reports for business stakeholders

• Continuously improve incident response playbooks and team workflows

• Support and mentor junior responders during investigations and analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security response with business priorities

• Some years of hands-on experience in incident response, forensics, or threat analysis

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity threats, APT tactics, and security frameworks (SANS, NIST)

• Proven ability to manage high-impact incidents, such as ransomware or data breaches

• Excellent communication skills – ability to present technical findings in business terms

• Experience working in complex, multinational environments

• Fluency in English (C1); German is a strong plus

Team setup: 6-person CSIRT (Blue Team), international environment
Work hours: Standard working hours with flexibility depending on incident urgency and on-call rotation: Paid standby duty every 6 weeks.
