  • Prepare concepts and solution designs for key decisions related to access models, identity management and federation.
  • Create clear decision-making materials for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure that interim solutions remain aligned with the target IAM architecture.
  • Monitor progress, milestones, dependencies and delivery risks across complex workstreams.
  • Drive initiatives towards agreed goals and timelines.
  • Manage stakeholders and provide regular status reporting, risk updates and recommendations to senior management and steering groups.
  • Support change management, organisational development and the adoption of new IAM-related processes.

Ideal candidate profile

  • Senior competence level, with approximately 9–12 years of professional experience.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT project management and at least 3 years of experience in IAM-related projects or programmes.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple parallel initiatives in large, complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of identity management, access management, authorisation management and information security.
  • Experience working with steering committees, reporting to senior management and managing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects in line with agreed objectives and timelines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the public sector.
  • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Project management certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience in change management, organisational development and business-process development.

Conditions

  • Location: Stockholm, Sweden
  • Work model: Initially on-site, with the possibility of remote work subject to agreement
  • Salary: Competitive salary, depending on experience
  • Workload: Full-time, 100%
  • Assignment period: September 2026 to September 2027, with a clear possibility of extension.
