Senior Test Automation Engineer (C#)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer for our client from the medical and life sciences industry. You will join a long-term project, where you will be responsible for setting up the test automation framework and then developing and maintaining automated tests.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and configure the test automation framework
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using C#
  • Create and maintain tests using NUnit
  • Automate testing of desktop applications, using FlaUI
  • Develop and execute API tests
  • Integrate and work with test automation within CI/CD pipelines
  • Work with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar
  • Analyse test results and identify issues
  • Collaborate with other team members throughout the development and testing process
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to testing and automation

Ideal candidate profile

  • Strong experience as a Test Automation Engineer, with senior-level experience in test automation
  • Very good knowledge of C#
  • Practical experience with NUnit and creating and maintaining automated tests with this framework
  • Experience with desktop application test automation tools; experience with FlaUI is relevant for this project
  • Experience with API testing
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar
  • English at a level that allows comfortable communication and work with technical documentation
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with visual testing
  • Experience in creating and analysing technical documentation
  • Experience with AI-supported tools used in software development and testing
  • Experience working in regulated environments, particularly in the medical industry
  • Knowledge of test and task management tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr, Azure DevOps or similar
  • Knowledge of IEC 62304, the standard related to the software lifecycle for medical devices

Conditions

  • B2B contract
  • Salary: 130– 150 PLN net/h
  • Hybrid work – mainly remote, with occasional work from the Wrocław office, a few times per month
  • Long-term project
