Test Lead / Quality Assurance – Microsoft & Digital Transformation

Join a consulting team supporting a public-sector organization in strengthening its capabilities in data, analytics, cloud platforms, and digital development. The team will work across Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform, contributing to the development and management of modern digital solutions.

As a Test Lead / Quality Assurance consultant, you’ll focus on testing and quality assurance across Microsoft-based business systems. You’ll collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders, supporting testing activities from requirements discussions and planning through verification and ongoing improvement. You’ll also contribute to documentation, testing processes, and ways of working within a multidisciplinary team of technology and business professionals.

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct testing activities across Microsoft-based business systems.
• Support system testing and quality assurance throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain test cases, testing documentation, and structured QA processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, verify solutions, and support user needs.
• Contribute to quality assurance practices and continuous improvement in agile or iterative projects.
• Support documentation, knowledge sharing, and the development of effective testing ways of working.

• At least 3 years of experience in test management, system testing, or quality assurance in IT projects.
• Experience planning, coordinating, or conducting testing in Microsoft-based business systems.
• Practical knowledge of testing processes, test case development, and quality assurance in agile or iterative projects.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders on requirements, verification, or user support.
• Experience creating documentation and structuring or improving testing processes and ways of working.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.

• Work model: Onsite initially, with a possibility of hybrid work later
• Location: Tyresö / near Stockholm
• Contract duration: October 2026 – October 2027, with an option to extend until 2030
• Workload: 100% (full-time)
