Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management? Do you enjoy leading complex technical initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams in an international environment? We are looking for a hands-on consultant to drive a high-impact project for one of the clients in Stockholm. You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle while helping strengthen the organisation’s IAM strategy, processes, and governance.
Cyber Security Project Manager
Key responsibilities

Lead the project end-to-end, from initial idea and planning through implementation, delivery, and optimisation

Define project objectives and OKRs, translating them into a clear roadmap and prioritised backlog

Lead technical, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams with multiple dependencies

Drive continuous improvements to IAM strategy, policies, processes, and ways of working

Manage stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration between different project teams
-
Define MVPs and prioritise the backlog to enable short feedback loops and efficient delivery

Support the organisation with IAM best practices and ensure relevant processes and routines are properly documented
Ideal candidate profile

Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading technical development or transformation projects in complex environments

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Good understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra, B2B/B2C identities, and Identity Governance
-
Familiarity with IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, and/or CyberArk
-
Experience working with roadmaps, OKRs, backlog management, and Jira
-
A structured, analytical, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to project delivery

Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to create momentum across teams

Work Model: Hybrid - up to 20% remote work
Employment Type: Consultancy assignment through your own company or employment with KUBO.
