Please note that your personal data may be processed using tools supported by artificial intelligence (AI). The purpose of using AI is to improve efficiency and increase the objectivity of the initial candidate assessment in relation to job requirements. The system performs technical analysis and filtering of applications (e.g. based on experience, qualifications, or match to the role). The AI system does not make final decisions each decision is reviewed and approved by a human recruiter or authorized person. Jęczmienna 3/1, 87-100 Toruń, zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (Dz. Urz. UE L 2016, Nr 119, RODO). Mam świadomość prawa do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie, bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano przed jej cofnięciem. Informujemy, że dane osobowe mogą być przetwarzane z wykorzystaniem narzędzi wspieranych przez sztuczną inteligencję (AI). Celem takiego przetwarzania jest usprawnienie i zwiększenie obiektywności wstępnej selekcji kandydatów w odniesieniu do wymagań danego stanowiska. System wykonuje techniczną analizę i filtrowanie zgłoszeń (np. na podstawie doświadczenia, kwalifikacji czy dopasowania do roli). System AI nie podejmuje żadnych decyzji dotyczących przebiegu rekrutacji każdorazowo decyzje zatwierdza rekruter lub inna upoważniona osoba.

Jęczmienna 3/1, 87-100 Torun. 2. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. 3. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the recruitment process at KUBO. 4. The data will be processed on the basis of: a. Article 6 par. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter: GDPR) in the scope in which the processing of your data is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract; b. Article 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR to the extent that the processing of your data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator (e.g. Article 221 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 Labor Code) c. For this purpose, we will process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in determining, pursuing or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or state authorities 5. Your personal data will be processed for a period not longer than 12 months from the end of recruitment for a given position or until the consent to their processing is withdrawn (to the extent that the processing is based on it). Your personal data for the purposes of determining, investigating, defending against claims related to the recruitment process will be processed for a period of 3 years counted from the end of the year in which the recruitment for the position in which you participated was closed. 6. Consent can be revoked at any time by contacting the Information Security Administrator: abi@kubo.net.pl - withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. 7. The recipients of the data may be judicial, tax and other authorities, external suppliers, accounting firms and KUBO clients. Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE dalej: RODO) w zakresie w jakim przetwarzanie Państwa danych jest niezbędne do podjęcia działań na żądanie osoby, której dane dotyczą, przed zawarciem umowy; b. Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO w zakresie w jakim przetwarzanie Państwa danych jest niezbędne do wypełnienia obowiązku prawnego ciążącego na administratorze (np. art. 221 § 1 ustawy z dnia 26 czerwca 1974 r. W tym celu będziemy przetwarzać Państwa dane osobowe w oparciu o nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes, polegający na ustaleniu, dochodzeniu lub obrony przed roszczeniami w postępowaniu przed sądami lub organami państwowymi 5. Państwa dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres nie dłuższy niż 12 miesięcy od zamknięcia rekrutacji na dane stanowisko lub do wycofania zgody na ich przetwarzanie (w zakresie w jakim przetwarzanie odbywa się na jej podstawie). Państwa dane osobowe dla celów ustalenia, dochodzenia, obrony przed roszczeniami związanymi z procesem rekrutacji będą przetwarzane przez okres 3 lat liczonych od zakończenia roku, w którym zamknięto rekrutację na stanowisko, w której brali Pani/Pan udział. 6. Zgodę można odwołać w dowolnym momencie poprzez kontakt z Administratorem Bezpieczeństwa Informacji: abi@kubo.net.pl - wycofanie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania dokonanego przed jej wycofaniem. 7.
